The Old Woman Fallen

The Old Woman Fallen

Loki watches you with detached disinterest as you take your sword and kill the old woman.

"Why oh Why on Earth did you do that???
To kill an old woman, in front of a cat.
Where the teeth run so vile in these trees
made of enamel, six rinks away,
you vile stinking animal!"

You reply coldly:

"She had an item I desired,
and her pain doesn't matter as long as I get what I want.
So I did it. I'm not her who cares?"

[Reputation --]

Loki laughs again, louder this time:

"A sinful shit you've turned out to be,
It's like looking in a mirror you remind me of me,
I am thou and thou art I,
but why did that old old crone have to die?

She was the daughter of the giant who informed Odin
from beyond the grave, that Heimdall would kill me,
and I would kill he. The prophecies butchered
it's tree's broken branch, nobody of Odin's
Line left in bleach and blanch...
Nobody survived anymore,
So what Heimdall will kill me?
fither the humans into ashes again
as ashes are less trouble than
a world of men.
So when we take thee up,
and to ashes you shall be,
you can take pride that thou met me. But since your splinters knocked my medium out cold, that half giant wretch, left bitter and blood soiled, but that was my task, my job for the day, to get her prophecy one last but you spoiled it, anyway. I meant to ask her sooner, but was enamoured with the wine, so many other items, she couldn't prove weren't mine, her coin as well you see, though not needing, clearly mine, i took her share of coin, removing thee from thine, and just when i thought some progress on that damn old prophecy, well, you killed the wretch, so i guess i'll go fishing....."

Loki gets up and walks away. He sprints almost as if jumping, and has the cadence of a man dancing to a song only he can hear. He covers half a mile in about 16 seconds and is gone...

You explore the area. The cat seems oddly unphased by what you have done...
